Who We Are
Now Yoga Bliss is run by me, Michael Coleman — a lifelong student of yoga, wellness enthusiast, and someone who knows firsthand how powerful a regular yoga practice can be. After years of practicing and teaching, I felt called to create a platform where I could share my experiences, insights, and tools that have helped me find more balance, calm, and clarity in everyday life.
